Our cancellation policy

With regard to the cancellation conditions, we differentiate between “normal reasons for cancellation” and “covid-19-related cancellation”.

A "Covid-19 related cancellation":

• up to 8 days before arrival free of charge  

• From the 7th day before arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged

A "normal cancellation":

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

• up to 14 days before arrival, 70% of the booking amount will be charged  

• From 13 days before arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged
